How to prepare your stand for photos
A few simple steps make your stand look better and the photos ready to publish straight away:
- clear boxes, bags and cups from the counter and floor before the halls open,
- arrange materials and products the way you want them to look in the photos,
- share the times of demos, presentations and key meetings so I am at your stand then,
- let your team know about the photos and decide who should be in the portraits,
- prepare a list of the products and shots that matter most to you.

Best Young Driver 2026 at Tor Poznań
On 5 September 2026 I covered the national final of Best Young Driver 2026 (the Polish edition of the FIA Best Young Driver programme) for the Polish Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (PZM): 20 finalists, five competitions running at the same time and heavy rain during the event. The organiser received 196 selected, edited photos of the whole day.

Yes. I can send 10 selected photos during the fair so you can post right away. The full edited gallery follows within 1–2 business days.
How will I receive the photos?+
I send them as a download via TransferXL. I keep a copy for up to 6 months, so I can resend them if needed.
Do you issue VAT invoices?+

Yes. The price includes a licence to use the photos on social media, your website and in marketing materials.
How many photos will I get?+
It depends on the length of the event and the package – always a curated, fully edited selection, no filler shots.
